Connection Profiles

Connection profiles enable you to assign connection information to a workflow definition. After creating a connection profile, use it to quickly define the Laserfiche Server, repository, and user that should be associated with a workflow definition or activity.

There are three different types of connection profiles:

• Common Profiles
• User Profiles
• Custom Profiles

Note: If a user's information (e.g., Laserfiche name or password) changes outside of Workflow 8, he/she must update any associated connection profiles. Failure to do so may result in an error.
